Balloon Puff Raga is a balloon puff sleeve blouse in metallic tissue, built around its half sleeves: full puffs gathered at the shoulder and caught into a band cuff at the elbow. The body is plain and fitted with a soft V neck, so the sheen of the tissue and the volume of the sleeves do all the work.
